祖师麻凝胶膏剂的制备工艺及含量测定

摘要:研究祖师麻凝胶膏剂的制备工艺,并建立其含量测定方法。通过正交试验确定凝胶膏剂的制备工艺,以凝胶膏剂的初黏
度、剥离性、残留量、皮肤追随性和外观质量作为评价指标;采用法测定祖师麻甲素的含量。确定的工艺条件为-2

0畅6 、酒石酸 1畅2 、活性氢氧化铝 0畅7 、甘油 130 、水 250 ; 测定祖师麻甲素在0畅2μ~ 2畅0μ范围内线性良好(r = 0畅9994) 。

确定的祖师麻凝胶膏剂制备工艺稳定可行,含量测定方法操作简便、可靠,适用于该制剂的含量测定和质量控制。
