I want to tell you a story, it is about my classmate in senior high school, she is a smart girl, she study very hard and like study very much. every day in the classroom, she always study all the time, every day she just spend 1 Yuan for diet-consuming,20percent is breakfast ,a percent is lunch ,just rice and a little vegetables. The dinner also like that. She wears a school uniform throughout the year, in the winter, she back the schoolbag for getting warm .she is very excellent in study, but her family can’t support her to college. Now she is a mother and limited in that poor country.
Our country is stronger and stronger, our life has e better and better, but at the same time, there are still have a lot of peoples at the edge of poverty, e from Yunnan, it is well known, Yunnan is not a wealthy place . According to the survey, the poor population account for 20 percent of total population in Yunnan, is about million. Many of them have not warm clothes and quilts in winter, only one set of clothes throughout the year, even worse some families , all the people crowded in a bed at night, and which one going out during the day can wear the unique cloths.
The children out of school account for 40 percent of the school children ,why they need our help: 1, children are the vulnerable groups, Have less options for getting out of poverty on their own;2 the fundamental way eliminate poverty is that changing the children's education ;3,the poverty impact on children different from adults, living environment is essential for growth.
Some lucky children could go to school but it very far from the village; they must cross over the mountain. We can imagine the danger they facing。They do not have new textbooks and unprofessional books, playground and sports facilities, just a dilapidated house, no tables and chairs, they are standing in class.
