中文摘要

先秦时期的射箭运动,在中国古代体育史上有着非常独特的地位。它是体育、
是文化,也是当时人们政治与经济社会生活的一部分。无论是夏商西周时期被列
为“六艺”之一的教育内容,还是为周天子专设的“大射”之礼,抑或是“子生,
男子设弧于门左”的社会风潮,无不说明了射箭运动在当时社会所处的重要地位。
本文主要采用文献资料、古汉语考释、归纳与逻辑分析等研究手段,分别从
教育制度、官职设置、礼仪规范、弓箭制作这四个方面,进行了较为系统的梳理
和研究,以期能粗略的展示当时射箭运动发展的风貌,凸现先秦时期射箭运动的
发展主线。
研究表明:先秦时期的射箭活动在当时的社会生活中占有极其重要的地位,
它不仅是人类生产生活的工具,军事战争的主要武器,还是当时教育活动的基本
内容,人类精神文化的重要载体。更值得一提的是,集众多元素为一体的射箭运
动不只是由于它在人类的社会生活中扮演着众多角色,而且和其它体育项目不同,
国家也曾站在社会治理的高度,从社会教育、社会组织、社会秩序和社会保障这
四个维度,维系着射箭的健康持续发展。或许正是由于国家对射箭运动有了足够
的重视和强制性要求,才有了射箭教育的普及性,所谓“成童,学射”;并形成了
能否善射的社会耻辱观,所谓:“君使士射,不能则辞以疾。言曰:某有负薪之忧”。
研究得出的基本结论是:第一,先秦时期的射箭运动,具有社会功能的多元
化特征。第二,先秦时期的射箭运动,在不同历史阶段所表现出的文化影响力不
同。第三,先秦时期射箭运动的发展,一直得到国家层面的支持和重视。

Research on Archery of the Pre-qin period

Abstract

The archery of pre-Qin period has a very unique status in Chinese ancient sports
history. It is not only sports and culture but also part of political and social economic
life of people at that time. Whether the “Six classical arts” which is listed as one of the
education content of Xia, Shang, and Xi Zhou dynasty or the “the emperor’s shot”
ceremony for the emperor of Zhou dynasty or the social trend that when you have a son
then you put the arrow out of your left door that all illustrate the archery movement has
an important status at that time.
This paper mainly uses literature, making textual criticisms and explanations of
ancient Chinese, concluding and logic analysis and other research methods makes a
systematic collate and research of four aspects which are education system, office
setting, etiquette, and arrow manufacture in order to show the archery development at
that time and highlight the pre-Qin archery development of the main line.
