摘要
本次设计是三辊卷板机设计。此卷板机的结构较为简单,卷板机是一种将板料通过塑性变形使其变为管料的机械。
对称三辊卷板结构简单、紧凑、质量轻、易于制造等优点。因为对称式三辊卷板机的诸多优点,和通过几种运动方案的分析比较,再考虑到通用性,最终决定采用三辊对称式卷板机。其设计加工尺寸为10x2000对称式三辊卷板机,其主要有辊子,机身,动力传递部件和电机组成,辊子主要设计其强度,半径等尺寸足以保证设计尺寸。

Abstract
