摘要
  近年来,随着我的不断提高,我国的机动车拥有量迅速地增长。然而,随之而来的是全国的机动车盗窃案件一直处于高位,机动车盗窃行为十分猖獗。而公安机关在侦破此类案件中却面临着诸多困难,例如:侦破难、堵截难、追赃难、刑侦基础工作薄弱、案件信息流通不畅、刑侦协作机制不完善等。笔者针对当前机动车盗窃案件,提出了加强案件串并;开展专项斗争等为主的侦查对策;并结合以加强安全教育;加强治安巡逻;加强流动人口管理等防范为辅的对策。

Abstract
