工程监理的现状及发展
摘要: 工程监理经过十几年的发展已形成了一定的规模,,也出现了很多问题和误区。本文分析了我国工程建设监理行业存在的问题,揭示了按照市场运行规律,工程监理必然要向工程项目管理发展的趋势,并进一步阐述了解决现存问题的办法和对策,以利于我国监理行业迎接来自世界范围的挑战。

abstract: after 10 years of development, engineering supervision has been a certain scale, achieving a significant social benefits and economic benefits. with the further development of the construction market, there will be many problems and misunderstanding. this paper analyzes the problems existing in supervision of project construction industry, reveals that according to the market operation law the project supervision must develop to the trend of the project management, and further explains the solutions and measures to the existing problems, which is beneficial to the supervision industry of china to meet the challenges from the world.

工程建设监理是指监理单位受项目法人的委托,根据国家批准的工程项目建设文件,有关工程建设的法律,建设法规和工程建设监理合同及其它工程建设合同,对工程建设实施的监督管理。虽然国家已经明令强制推行建设工程监理体制,但个别人对监理行业还是没有充足的认识,从而导致目前的建设监理市场秩序总存在这样或那样的问题,这些问题也主观或客观地制约着建设监理工作正常有序地进行与开展,从某种意义上讲,甚至对建设监理的发展起到一定的阻碍作用。
