摘要
高速公路是一个的重要标志之一,而高速公路收费管理是高速公路的重要组成部分,是高速公路业主收回投资的渠道。传统的高速公路收费管理系统往往会造成高速公路的车辆通行能力下降,出现收费漏洞,而且,劳动强度大,工作效率低,阻碍了高速公路的发展。对高速公路收费采取电脑信息化的联网式收费管理,能减少停车延误,提高收费口的通行效率,规范收费流程,堵塞收费漏洞,提高工作效率,促使高速公路信息管理向信息化、科学化、规范化的方向发展。
在这样的背景下,本文设计开发了高速公路收费系统。该系统采用通行票的方式,以人工输入车辆信息及入口号,根据通行车辆的行使里程及车辆类型计算收费。主要功能包括:监控管理、收费管理、信息管理、报表管理、数据图表管理、数据库管理、数据传输。本系统采用多层数据库设计模式,以C#.NET作为主要开发工具,以SQL Server 2000为后台数据库,是一个基于C/S模式的多层数据库MIS系统。
本文首先阐述了高速公路收费系统的开发背景、设计目的以及现实意义,接着介绍了本系统的可行性分析、需求分析、概要设计、数据库设计以及详细设计等内容,然后,重点介绍了系统的开发技术以及部分模块的具体实现,最后对系统作了综合评价,概括了系统的优点,对系统的不足之处进行了分析并提出了改进方案。

Abstract
The highway is one of national modernization level important symbols, but the highway charge management is the highway important constituent, is channel which the highway owner recoups the outlay of capital. The traditional highway charge management system management system often can create the highway vehicles traveling capability to drop, appears the charge loophole, moreover, the labor intensity is big, the working efficiency was low, has hindered the highway development. Adopts puter informationization to the highway charge working type charge management, can reduce the parking delay, enhances the charge mouth the general efficiency, the standard charge flow, the jamming charge loophole, enhances the working efficiency, urges the highway information management to the informationization, scientific, the standardized direction to develop.
Under such background, this article designed has developed the highway charge system. This system uses the through ticket the way, by the manual input vehicles information and the entrance number, exercises the course and the vehicles putation charge according to the traffic.
