Abstract
the banking sector to foreign banks in China to improve investment environment,
expanding the scale of bank assets in China, but China's banks petitive
pressures. The face of plex situation, China Banking mission
and continuing to adopt a variety of regulatory rules to promote more healthy
development of China's banking industry.
Chapter IV is the focus of this article. CAMEL based method (from the bank's
capital adequacy, asset quality, management level, e level and mobility), and
Porter's five elements petitiveness theory (factor conditions, demand
conditions, business strategies, and opportunities related support industries) are
combined Analysis of the petitiveness of China's banking industry.
Concluded that: China's banking industry in asset size, market share, opportunities,
and so has advantages, but the intermediate type of small business products and
related support industries to support the low level of overall quality of employees is
not high enough.
Under Chapter V of Chapter IV conclusions, China's banking industry from the
strengthening of human resources development, increase the types of intermediate
products, improve service quality, strengthen the supervision and other aspects to
enhance its petitiveness.
Chapter VI is a summary of this article.
