摘要
本论文拟以煤沥青为原料,采用热聚合-闪蒸的方法制备环保沥青。通过调整热聚的时间、温度,调整闪蒸的温度与时间来调控产物沥青的族组分,即α、β、γ相的含量,总结归纳热聚时间、温度与α、β、γ相含量,以及在相同热聚条件下闪蒸的温度、时间与α、β、γ相含量的关联规律性。同时对制备的环保沥青的结构、性能进行了较为系统的研究,用元素分析仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜和综合差热分析仪等手段对制得的环保沥青的元素组成、形貌以及热性能进行了分析表征。
研究表明,热聚合工艺参数直接影响热聚合产物的残炭率和环保沥青的产率,在所研究的温度范围内,获得的最佳的热聚合工艺参数为:热聚温度350℃,反应时间4h。元素分析表明,制得的环保沥青在元素组成上基本与CARBORESâ P一致,C/H比高于CARBORESâ P;热分析表明,制得的环保沥青在第一阶段即开始失重,但在400℃以后失重率远远低于CARBORESâ P;SEM分析表明,制得的环保沥青内中间相小球已经开始形成,但与CARBORESâ P相比,生长有待进一步加强。

Abstract
This paper attempts to coal tar pitch as the raw material, by thermal polymerization - flash mesophase pitch was prepared. By adjusting the heat polymerization time, temperature, adjust the flash to control the temperature and time of the product asphalt ponents, namely α, β, γ-phase content, summarizes heat polymerization time, temperature and α, β, γ phase content , and at the same flash of heat accumulation under the conditions of temperature, time and α, β, γ phase content of the related laws.
