(7)教学目标与要求:
该课程属于典型的复合能力培训课程,是为二、三年级国际经济法英语系专业学生开设。旨在培养学生的法律和法律英语综合应用能力。通过学习本课程,要求学生能读懂较难的法律原著,进行法律翻译和案例分析。英语方面要求通过专业四、八级。

法律基本体系和法律基本概念的了解、法律英语术语的学习、特定法律语言表达法的运用、法律文体的掌握、法律英语的翻译以及案例分析的方法。
