摘要:目的:“巴戟天中蒽醌主要成分甲基异茜草素一l一甲醚为指标进行巴戟天药材厦其商品的含量测定,初步制定巴戟天质
量控制的标准方法: 拄层折方法^
异茜草素一1一甲醚进行了音量制定结果:栽培巴戟天厦商品中均舍有甲基茜草案一1一甲醚,同时测定了不同生长期中甲基异茜草
;结论:沮薄层扫描法测定了栽培厦商品巴戟天
中甲基畀茜草素一1一甲醚的含量,该方击准确、稳定、-1-甲醚含量的方法,为制定巴戟天
质量标准提供了依据。
