摘要
当前电子通信技术,网路通信技术,工业控制,远程监控,无线通信技术及测控技术的
迅猛发展,在工厂里使用大量的智能仪表,大多数的这类仪表都具有串行通信接口,伴随着无
线通信技术的稳定与功能完善,以及 普及,将无线通信技术用于测控领域,实
现对仪表及其他数据终端的数据上传,已成为可能。由此可以实现工业控制网络与企业信息
网的集成使用,进而可以实现远程监控与大范围内的信息共享,实现并提高工厂的自动化程
度,设备操作维护人员可以在监控室内随时了解现场设备的运行情况,降低了劳动力的成本,
提高经济效益。
在远程监控系统中,系统管理人员不但可以监视远程仪表的运行情况,并且可以根据需
要,结合中心数据的分析,智能的发出各种控制指令;实现对远程仪表数据的查询,检索,
设置,以及远程操作等。
本文详细介绍了系统总体方案规划与设计,进行硬件电路设计,器件的选择与电路所需
的各种器件参数。针对当前流量仪表采集数据主要遵循 MODBUS 协议,采用虚拟串口技术,
细致的进行了串口通信驱动的研究设计及测试,在 PC 机平台上模拟现场仪表向上位机发送
数据包,并对传送到的数据包进行分析与研究。实现各种数据格式的转化,以固定的格式存
储到数据库。针对流量监控系统最常见的系统管理功能,选择合适的软硬件开发平台,结合
功能需求分析设计选择合适的数据库管理软件,并进行数据库系统结构分析设计,建立数据
库的概念与数据模型,设计库表结构,存储过程等。在软件编程时采用 B/S 结构,进行流量
管理系统内容的架构分析与设计,确定详尽的需要管理的内容,进行功能划分,并对各个子
模块进行采用三层架构编程以实现其具体功能。

Abstract

develops rapidly these years. Lots of intelligent instruments with a serial munication interfaces
are using in the factories. The munication technology are ing more and more
stable prehensive, and it is possible to use munications and widely
technology for monitoring field, realizing instrumentation and other data upload. Which can control
network integration ,enterprise work, and thus can be achieved within a wide range of
remote monitoring and information sharing, and improve the automation of factories, equipment
operation and maintenance personnel in the control room to keep abreast of the operation of field
devices situation, reducing labor costs and improve economic efficiency.
In the remote monitoring system, system administrators can monitor the operation of remote
