妇幼医院护理人力资源配置对推进“优质护理服务工程”的影响与对策 陈晓云 百色市妇幼保健院 533000 [摘要]目的了解专科医院护理队伍结构现状,为护理管理者合理配置护理人员,有效推行优质护理服务工作提供科学决策依据。方法对我院2010年7月至2011年7月护理人员数量、年龄、在编、注册、学历及职称结构等状况进行调查,分析其配置状况。结果 2010年7月至2011年7月,医院护理人员人数由85人增加到98人(期间:新增护士18人,调动与退休5人);病区床护比由1 ::;护理人员学历日趋提高;年龄层次不理想;职称结构不合理;临床一线主管护师及护师配置不足。结论合理配置护理人员是完成医院护理工作、保证护理质量,有效推行优质护理服务的必备条件和重要保证。 [关键词]护理人力资源;合理配置;优质护理服务;对策 Women and Children Hospital nursing human resources for promoting the "quality care project" and Countermeasures Abstract Objective Understanding of the status quo structure of hospital care team, care managers for the rational allocation of health care workers, the effective implementation of quality care to provide the scientific basis for decision making.
