企业偿债能力的分析指标及改进措施
内容摘要
偿债能力的定义就是指企业偿还到期债务的能力,它是财务分析的重要组成部分之一。分析偿债能力的工作是企业管理必须具备的,也是转变企业管理模式、改变企业经营方式的主要措施。偿债能力的分析是财务分析的重要组成部分之一。企业的安全性是一个企业财务管理的一个重要组成部分,对企业的发展有着至关重要的作用。
在我国,对偿债能力的分析,从假设前提、分析方法、资金来源到分析指标等一系列的方面都存有缺陷, 使我国企业对偿债能力的分析缺乏必要的科学性。我们可以通过对这样方法标准进行修正、补充以及完善, 从而使企业偿债能力分析指标的实用价值和分析评价具有更高的科学性。
本文通过对企业短期偿债能力及长期偿债能力的分析,从而解释了这系列问题的所在,并指出需要改进之处,提出改进方法。

Abstract
Solvency is defined as an enterprise the ability to repay maturing debt, which is an important part of financial analysis. Not only must the enterprise management have solvency, but also changes in enterprise management mode, changing the way business major initiatives. Solvency is the most important part of financial secure of enterprises is also a part of financial analysis,it is very important to the development of the enterprises.
In China, on the solvency of the analysis, from the assumptions, analytical methods, sources of funding to the analysis of indicators and a series of aspects are flawed, so that the analysis of solvency of
enterprises lack the necessary scientific. We can revise it ,replenish it and make it more perfect,so that the target may has more functional and the analysis of solvency of enterprises more of the necessary scientific.
By the way of short analysis and long article explains the security aspects of this series where the problem is and needs to be improved.
