摘要
当前,以互联网和通讯技术为核心的信息技术革命使世界经济进入了以信
息和知识为主要内容的知识经济时代,信息、知识、智力等无形资产日益取代
自然资源、劳动力和资本设备等而成为企业持续生存和发展的最重要战略资源。
而围绕产品和工艺的知识创新成为企业能否在全球市场竞争中胜出的关键。在
此背景下,与知识创新具有高度相关性的知识学习、转移或扩散成为战略管理
研究领域的重要课题,研究逐步深入到知识所嵌入的关系网络的结构层次,开
始研究企业间关系网络,如战略联盟、产业集群等结构形式对知识转移的作用。
据此,本文研究企业利用企业间关系网络进行学和能力,进而提升企业的产品和工艺创新绩效的问题,并采用结构
方程模型这一定量研究方法,对问题进行深入分析,进而为面向创新的企业知
识管理与结构调整提供策略建议。论文主要研究成果包括三个方面:一是企业
网络对企业创新绩效的直接作用并不显著;二是知识转移是企业网络作用发挥
的重要环节,是企业创新的重要源泉;三是企业网络主要通过知识转移的中介
作用提升企业创新绩效。
在此基础上本文提出三个方面的管理建议:一是面对日益具有变化特征的
环境,企业应加大企业网络的建设力度,积极调整企业的关系网络结构,以适
应企业持续创新的需要;二是企业应充分利用各种手段,提升知识转移的效率
和水平,以提升企业创新绩效;三是企业应积极引导企业网络的利用,推动企
业间学习和知识转移。

Abstract
With the development work munication technology as the
core of the information technology revolution, the world economy has entered
the era of knowledge economy in information, network and knowledge as the
main content, and information, knowledge, intelligence and other intangible
assets instead of natural resources, labor and capital equipments e the
most important strategic resource of enterprises survive and develop. The
innovation of knowledge about the product and process e the key
enterprises can win in petition in the global market. In this context, is
