耐电晕涂层厚度对漆包线耐电晕性能的影响

摘要:为了确定耐电晕漆膜厚度对漆包线漆性能的影响,研究了耐电晕漆包线漆组成一定的条件下3种涂漆方案下耐电晕漆包线附着力和耐电晕性能。结果表明要获得较理想的耐电晕性能,耐电晕漆包线漆的漆膜厚度(涂漆道数)要大于某个临界值,~。,、,漆包线的耐电晕性能和附着力。

Abstract: In this paper,the impact of posite thickness on corona-resistant property was studied. The results showed that the thickness of corona-resistant layer had to be higher than a critical value in order to gain better pulse voltage endurance. For example, the critical thickness of corona-resistant layer is between and . For the three-layered wire, the best coating formula is that pure enamel is used as the primer coat, the posite layer in the center have to be thick enough to provide pulse voltage endurance and the polyamide-imide is used as outlayer.
