【内容摘要】冲压加工是制造业中最常用的一种材料成形加工方法。冲模是冲压生产必不可少的工艺装备,决定着产品的质量、效益和新产品的开发能力。冲模的功能和作用、冲模设计与制造方法和手段,决定了冲模是技术密集、高附加值型产品。所以在当今社会,冲压生产被广泛使用。
随着科学技术的发展,高速、安全、自动化已成为当今冲压机械设计及冲压模具设计的主题。而老式的曲柄压力机不管是速度还是安全都是最差的,很多人因为从事这一门行业而失去了自己的手指,甚至是生命。我们知道冲压设备是由压力机及模具组成的。虽然压力机的安全性不高,但我们可以巧妙地设计冲模使其安全化、自动化。但愿在生产第一线的员工们安全、幸福。

【Abstract】The process of press is a very useful method in the manufacturing industry. The die is a essential Product in the produce of press manufacturing. It is decide the product’s quantity, performance of the product and the development ability of the new products. The function, design and manufacturing method about the die of stamping decide the die is a technique intensive and high additional product of value. So at social
of nowadays, people use the produce of stamping extensively.
Along with the technical development of science, the high speed, safety, automation e to a main topical of the punch press design and the die’s design nowadays. The oldest of punch press is too worst about speed and safeties, many people lost own finger because be engaged in this job, even lost life. We know the equipments of stamping include the punch press and die. Although the safety of the punch press is not high, we can design the die to make its safety and automatically. Best wishes to people that they produce products, wishes their family safety and happiness.

前言
现在采用冲压加工方法制造的产品被广泛的使用。这种现象并不是偶然产生的,冲压生产是生产加工中必不可少的一种生产工艺,也是其它加工方法不可替代的。比如汽车的外壳不可能用压铸的方法铸造,也不可能采用车、铣、刨、钻、磨等方式加工成形。假若用压铸的方法加工汽车外壳,那么就是说黑色金属的使用将被限制,而采用有色金属加工。但是在实际的加工生产中还没有这么简单,这样做不但会使得压铸件铸壁非常的厚,而且在铸件中会有许多气孔、气泡、浇不足且表面也不会太光洁。更何况也不会有这么大的压铸机来进行加工。如果采用机加工,那么要加工这么大的覆盖件比如说一辆客车,它的切削量就差不多达到99%以上,这将会耗废多少材料及能量,更何况这种机加工方法不可能加工出如此的薄壁零件。由此可见在现代生产中少不了冲压加工,采用冲压的方法制造的产品以经进入了我们生活的各个方方面面。所以冲压加工被广泛使用是必然的,是其它加工方法所不可替代的。
在上一段我论证了冲压加工的重要性及不可替代性。在这一段我将向大家阐述自动化安全生产在当今生产中的重要性。可以预言:“生产自动化将成为我国21世纪生产的主导,安全问题将会被放在生产问题中的首要位置。”江泽民总书记的“三个代表
