摘要
虽如今工业水平先进,机械化程度不断提高,起重设备不断更新,但仍不能淘汰卷扬机这行之有效的机械设备。本人所研究的是JM建筑卷扬机。JM系列属慢速卷扬机。在本设计中主要对卷扬机传动部分、工作机构及卷扬机的主体部分进行设计。在传动部分采用的是二级齿轮减速器和开式齿轮传动,工作部分的卷筒采用的是焊接式卷筒。该卷扬机的主要特点是结构简单,操作方便。
此机器的主要功能:在建筑业的冷拉钢筋提升重物,在林业的集材工作,同时在水电、农业等行业均能被采用。
该类机器的发展趋势应该向大型化、采用先进电子控制、手提式卷扬机、不带电源装置的卷扬机的方向发展。

Abstract
Although the level of advanced industrial Today, the increasingly mechanized, lifting equipment constantly updated, but still can not hoist it out of effective machinery and equipment. I studied the building is JM winch. JM series is a slow hoist. During the design of the main part of the hoist drive, work and the winch the main part of the design. In part using a transmission gear reducer and two open-gear transmission, the working part of the reel is used in welding-reel. The main characteristics of the hoist structure is simple, easy to operate.
The primary function of this machine: the construction industry in the cold-drawn steel weights increase, the skidding in forestry work, while in the water and electricity, agriculture and other industries can be used.
The development trend of such machines to be large, the use of advanced electronic control, portable winch, non-power devices in the direction of the winch.
