摘要
本课题组的设计课题是全自动汽车清洗机,此设备是一种用于各种车辆清洗的设备,如小轿车、工业用车、农业用车等。本次设计的清洗机即是针对这些车型而设计的。
汽车清洗机是源自欧美先进成熟技术,在欧美发达国家,非营业用的便携式汽车清洗机已非常流行,属于成熟产品,具有很高的普及率。在中国研究汽车清洗机的前景较为广阔。
根据我国目前的实际需求情况,决定设计一种龙门架往复运动的清洗机。这个设备主要由龙门架、一支横刷和一对立刷组成。通过电动、液压、气动装置对其进行控制。在本次设计中详细的说明了清洗机的安装调试使用和维修等,并且主要介绍了横刷及其零部件的设计过程。

Abstract
