电子商务物流模式的探讨
摘要:全球经济以全新的模式飞速发展,以电子商务为核心的经营理念使整个社会的经济结构、经营模式发生了前所未有的变化。电子商务和资讯网络化彻底改变了传统商务赖以生存的基础,形成了对传统营销策略和市场理念的冲击和挑战。然而交易的最终实现还有赖于后台的物流管理产业,传统的运输仓储方式在新的经济模式下,正在发生质的变化。本文首先介绍了电子商务物流发展现状及特点,然后分析了电子商务的几种物流模式的优势和特点,内容上通过各种模式的比较分析并结合案例,进一步认识到物流模式在电子商务中的作用,了解物流模式的发展趋势。

Discussion of merce logistics model
Abstract:The rapid development of the global economy to a new model of merce as the core business philosophy that the entire economic structure of society, the business model has undergone unprecedented change. merce and work pletely changed the basis for the survival of traditional business, the impact on traditional marketing strategies and marketing concepts and challenges. However, the final realization of the transaction also depends on the background of the logistics management industry, the traditional transportation and warehousing methods under the new economic model is a qualitative change. This paper first describes the development status and characteristics of merce logistics, and then analyzed several advantages and characteristics of the logistics model of merce, content parative analysis of the various modes and a case to further understand the role of the logistics model in merce to understand the development trend of the logistics model.

前言
电子商务是利用计算机技术、网络技术和远程通信技术,实现整个商务过程中的电子化、数字化和网络化。人们不再是面对面的、看着实在的货物、靠纸介质单据进行买卖交易。而是通过网络商品信息、完善的物流配送系统和方便安全的资金结算系统进行交易。电子商务从其交易双方和实质内容上划分,主要可以分为企业对企业电子商务以及企业对消费者的电子商务两种。
物流形成一门科学进行系统的研究,发达国家大致是从本世纪中期开始。中国对物流的系统研究开始的更晚,至今不过二十年的历史。虽然物流科学还很年轻,但由于它的重要性已被普遍认识,物流科学的发展相当的迅速。物流是物资资料从供给者到需求者的物理性运动,是实现价值和创造价值的经济活动。物流是社会经济活动的重要组成部分,它贯穿于社会再生产的全过程,存在于国民经济的各个领域。
