蔓性千斤拔总黄酮的提取与分析

摘要:目的:考察超声波提取千斤拔中总黄酮的最佳条件,并确定一种简单有效的分析方法。方法:通过单因素多水平及正交试验考察超声波-甲醇法提取千斤拔总黄酮的试验条件,并与加热回流提取进行比较。以芦丁和染料木素作为对照品,通过比色法测定总黄酮的含量,以高效液相色谱验证结果。结果:在85%甲醇,料液比1:40,超声20min,提取1次的最佳工艺条件下,%。结论:首次运用超声波提取千斤拔总黄酮,提取效率高于回流提取,并且建立了以染料木素为对照品测定千斤拔总黄酮的分析方法,该方法简单可行,易操作。

Extraction and Analysis of Total Flavonoids from Flemingia philippinensis

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the optimum extraction condition and a simple effective analysis method of total flavoniod from Flemingia philippinensis. Method: Solely solvent extraction, orthogonal experiment parison with heating reflux extraction were employed to investigate the extraction condition of total flavonoid with mathanol using supersonic wave from F. philippinensis. The total flavonoid content was determined by rutin and genstein standard samples and the results was aided to determine by HPLC.
