摘要
随着国家土地第二次调查的展开,农村居民点数字地籍调查项目也随之相应地进行,此项工作繁琐而且要求比较高,所以对其的监视、督察、控制工作就显得尤为重要,工程监理工作势在必行。从监理的概念和发展现状入手,针对农村居民点数字地籍调查项目的特点,论述在开展数字地籍调查项目中监理的工作流程;重点讲述在地籍调查监理过程中,不同阶段的工作重点,具体运用的方法、手段以及要达到的监理目标。工程监理既是工程管理标准化体系中不可缺少的质量控制环节,也是施工过程中业主单位和施工单位之间相互交流信息的主要渠道。根据以往的工作经验和设计测量成果验收方案,设计一套切实可行的农村居民点数字地籍调查项目监理方案从而较好地完成对测绘产品的质量控制和进度控制以及资金的控制,使工程业主能够及时掌握工程的施工进度和质量动态,确保工程按计划、有秩序地进行,最终取得良好的质量效果。

ABSTRACT
