年产366万吨热轧板带钢车间工艺设计
摘要
随着我国经济的发展,各行业对钢材需求量日趋增加。我国目前钢铁行业发展虽快,但还远远低于发达。一些高性能的汽车用板,高强度钢板仍有很大一部分需进口。故设计此热轧带钢车间。
根据设计任务书要求,本车间设计年产量热轧钢卷366万吨;钢种有普碳钢,优质钢和低合金钢;~21㎜×900~1750㎜。
本车间采用常规半连轧工艺。板坯全部采用连铸坯。为减少坯料规格,简化轧制程序,采用定宽压力机。为提高产品质量,精轧机各架全采用CVC轧机。
设计内容主要包括:产品方案,工艺流程,设备选择及生产能力计算,车间平面布置,环境保护等。
为提高设计效率和质量;采用VB语言编制了压下规程程序;采用CAD绘制车间平面布置图。
