摘要
曲轴是发动机中最重要、最昂贵的零件之一,它的尺寸加工精度影响着发动机动
力,并且在很大程度上影响着发动机的性能和可靠性,必须在加工上正确选择曲轴的
加工工艺路线,以求获得满意的技术经济效果。
本设计是对轻型汽车曲轴进行工艺规程编制,随着现在设计加工制造技术的发展,
曲轴结构及材料及加工手段等也在不断发展,确定加工工艺与装夹方案及设计,从而
达到对曲轴在发动机运转的原理与工况的了解,并对曲轴构造与加工工艺进一步更深
了解;已知曲轴毛坏尺寸和标准尺寸。利用 CAD 软件绘制零件图,然后运用 Pro/E 软
件建立三维模型,编制曲轴的加工工艺。

ABSTRACT
Engine crankshaft is the most important and one of the most expensive parts, and its size
affects the machining precision engine power, and to a large extent affect the engine
performance and reliability, must be the correct choice in the processing of the processing
line of the crankshaft in order to obtain a satisfactory technical and economic effects.
The design is a light vehicle order process to the preparation of the crankshaft, with the
design and processing technology is the development of the crankshaft structure and
materials and processing are the continuous development of means to determine the
processing technology and design and fixturing programs, so as to achieve on the crankshaft
in the Principle of operation of the engine operating conditions and the understanding of the
crankshaft structure and a better understanding of further processing; known bad hair
crankshaft size and standard size. Parts using CAD software, drawing maps, and then the
use of Pro / E software to establish threedimensional model, the preparation process of the
crankshaft.
