Abstract
Along with the rapid development of information technology from the early 1990’s,
construction of the informationize work e the focus of the whole world.
Thereinto ,Electronic—Government has been the main mode of government
informationize.
This paper pay attention to the working mode of electronic—government of “ Wuhan
Metropolitan”. The paper contains five chapters. In the first chapter, it describes the
background 3the significance of this subject, the research status of domestic and overseas ,
and the content and the research method of this paper;In the second chapter, discuss the
basic theories of electronic—government, emphases on three theories: the Transformation
of Government ,Government Process Reengineering; Information Resources Management;
In the third chapter , discuss the programming of the electronic—government of “Wuhan
metropolitan”, first introduce its targets, its mode of development, and its construction of
electronic—government; In the fourth chapter, investigate the working mode of “Wuhan
metropolitan”,at first, discuss the requirement status of e—government, then investigate
the mode of it, bring forward the strategies of mobile electronic government .
