摘要
高校是培养人才,传播知识和科技创新的重要基地,研究生是未来各学术机构、学术团队的主力。然而受社会上“急功近利”之风的影响,学术诚信缺失问题在研究生群体中越发严重。本文立足于研究生学术诚信缺失的现实,分析了我国当代研究生学术诚信的现状,探讨了产生学术诚信缺失行为的原因,在此基础上提出加强研究生学术诚信的教育对策。
论文分为六个部分:第一部分主要是研究目的与意义和不足;第二部分由“学术诚信”概念入手,学术诚信对研究生的重要意义;第三部分对我国高校研究生学术诚信现状进行了调查分析,总结了当前研究生学术诚信缺失的主要行为表现;第四部分剖析了这种行为产生的主要原因;第五部分是本文的重点,主要在吸收借鉴国内外己有理论、实践经验的基础上,以内外兼修两部分为主,就如何加强研究生学术诚信提出了教育与防治手段:对于研究生来说,要加强自身的学术修养和道德自律;对于学校来说,要以多种途径加强研究生的学术诚信教育,减轻学生压力、提供宽松自由的学术氛围,建立严格、规范的监管机制,加大对研究生学术不诚信行为的处罚力度,培养研究生的学术创新能力。

Abstract
Colleges and universities are training, dissemination of important base of knowledge and technological innovation, graduate students are the future of academic institutions, the main academic team. However, the munity "instant ess" of the wind, the lack of academic integrity issues at the graduate population more serious. This article is based on the reality of the Academic Honesty graduate, analyzes the status quo of contemporary postgraduate academic integrity, and to explore the causes of lack of academic integrity behavior is proposed to strengthen the academic integrity of graduate education countermeasures on this basis.
