摘要
本毕业设计的课题是车辆坡路起步防溜车装置设计,主要任务是在汽车变速箱内中间轴上设计一套机构,使汽车在传动系统处于前进挡(一挡)、离合器分离状态下而不倒转,以解决汽车坡路起步溜车问题。
本文在综述国内外车辆坡路起步防溜车装置的研究情况及其发展的基础上,对车辆坡路起步防溜车装置的结构进行了设计,对一些关键部分进行了计算。重点是防溜车装置的棘轮盘、棘爪盘和棘爪及控制机构的设计及校核。
本文设计的车辆坡路起步防溜车装置采用棘轮机构,棘轮盘、棘爪盘和控制机构组成该装置的基本框架。将棘爪盘固定在箱体上,棘轮盘固定在中间轴上;控制机构与汽车一挡、二挡换挡拨块连接。当汽车进入一挡时机构开始工作,棘轮盘随中间轴旋转,同时在花键上朝固定在箱体上的棘爪盘轴向移动,棘爪在棘轮齿面上划过,棘爪与棘轮齿啮合,于是棘轮盘只能单向转动,中间轴不能倒转。
本文对棘轮盘,棘爪盘、棘爪及控制机构等进行了设计计算,特别是对棘轮与棘爪进行了分析计算。经过校核,在一定条件下,该机构能够解决汽车坡路起步防溜车问题。

Abstract
The task of the graduation is designing an system of the automobile sloping road start accelerating-coasting. The main task is the design of one set of mecha-
-nism on the intermediate shaft in automobile gear box to solve the automobile sloping road start accelerating-coasting problem with causing the transmission system of the automobile at the front motion (I grade), under the coupling discrete state not to reverse.
In the base of summarizing the study status on vehicles sloping road to start against accelerating-coasting installment state, the main structure of this install-
-ment is designed, calculations of the key partments are carried , the thorn wheel disk,the pawl plate and the control structure of installment are designed and checked.
The installment adopt the ratchet, the thorn wheel plate and the pawl plate are framework. The pawl plate fixes in the box body and the thorn wheel disk fixes on the intermediate shaft in radial direction. The controlling arm is kept with the automobile. when the automobile enters, the installment start to work, the thorn wheel plate moves along with the intermediate shaft, simultaneously it moves to the pawl plate fixed on the box body's, the pawl delimit on the notch wheel tooth face, pawl and hook tooth mesh. Therefore the thorn wheel plate can only freewheel, the intermediate shaft not be able to reverse.
