摘要
在现代化大规模的工业生产中,磨损导致机械部件的失效问题是非常严重的。随着表面工程技术的发展,大面积复合耐磨板堆焊技术得到推广和使用。基于我国堆焊技术设备发展目前改装设备多,专用设备少,机械化设备多,智能化设备少的现状,本文根据具体的工业现场的技术参数要求,以固定尺寸的耐磨板为堆焊对象,设计出合理的传动方案和机构,并利用三维软件SOLIDWORKS对摆动式自动堆焊机构进行建模和仿真,配以合理的控制方案,为自动堆焊设备的开发和自动堆焊技术的推广打下坚实的基础。
该摆动式自动堆焊机系统主要由四主动轮送丝机构、焊接摆动器、独立焊枪升降机构、龙门架、龙门行走传动及轨道及拖链等其余辅助部件等部分组成。其中,底座、龙门架、直线电机、滚动导轨等构成二维XY工作台,用于把三套独立焊接装备移送到特定工作区域。实际施焊中,三套焊接摆动器带动焊枪按照特定规律来回摆动;同时,由龙门架式二维工作台按照一定程序将三套焊接装备移送到耐磨板表面各个区域以完成整个焊接工作。
本文采用明弧堆焊的焊接工艺,龙门架式二维工作台搭载三套焊接装备大大提高了堆焊效率,满足实际生产需求,使堆焊技术更加广泛地应用于矿山、水泥、钢铁、电力等行业。

Abstract
In modern large-scale industrial production, the failures of mechanical parts caused by wear is increasingly serious. As the development of surface engineering technology, a large area posite wear plate welding technology has been promoted and widely used. Based on the current development of China's welding technology and equipment, namely equipment modification, while less specialized equipment, less mechanical equipment and less intelligent device, this paper according to the specific technical parameters in industrial site, design a reasonable drive programs and mechanism for a fixed size for the wear plate welding object, and use 3D software SOLIDWORKS to model and simulate for the swing automatic welding mechanism. Plus rational control program, it lays a solid foundation for the development of automatic welding equipment and the promotion of automatic welding technology.
