【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the tumor associated B7 family molecules mRNA expression on human colorectal cancerous tissue by in situ hybridization. METHODS: The mRNA expression patterns of cancer associated B71, B7H1, B7H2 and ICOS mRNA expression in 22 specimens of human colorectal cancer were monitored by the technique of in situ hybridization (ISH) with the Diogeneslabeled Oligonucleotideprobes. RESULTS: B71, B7H1, B7H2 and ICOS mRNA were detected in both cancer cells and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs). The mRNA expression level of these molecules in tumor cells was higher than that in TILs (±-± vs ±-±, P<). There was no correlation between the expression level of tested B7 family molecules and the sex, age, differentiation status of cancer and regional lymph nodes metastasis of the patients. CONCLUSION: Th2 cytokine predominant in tumor microenvironment may be related to the expression of B7H1 and B7H2 cosignal molecules on tumor cells and TILs.

【摘要】目的:通过原位检测B71,B7H1,B7H2和ICOS等分子mRNA在结直肠癌细胞及肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(TIL)中的表达, 以期探讨肿瘤微环境中Th2型细胞因子表达上调的可能机制. 方法:采用原位杂交技术,用地高辛标记的寡核苷酸探针检测了22例人结直肠癌组织B71,B7H1,B7H2和ICOS分子mRNA表达状况,并结合临床特点加以综合分析. 结果:肿瘤组织和肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞除表达B71外,均可见B7H1,B7H2 和ICOS mRNA表达,但肿瘤细胞的表达水平显著高于TIL的
