摘要
5S是公司车间现场管理的利器之一,本论文是运用5S理论对车间进行优化,使原来员工仪容不整,生产车间脏、乱,物品随意摆放等现状变的整洁有序,环境优美,达到公司内部管理规范化,公司形象和素质提高,减少浪费,降低成本,提高效益以及产品的质量和安全系数,保障安全生产的目的。
本文的目的就是揭示出企业的现场管理对企业的生存和发展的重要性,使我国众多企业认识到这一点,努力提高自身现场管理水平,早日成为具有的优秀企业。通过对生产线的现场管理研究,一系列对应于目视管理、定置管理以及55管理的措施,使得现场环境得到了规范化、标准化,员工的素质得到了提升,生产线的效率得到了提高。

Abstract
5S is one of the site management of workshop tool, this thesis is the application of the workshop for optimization of 5S theory, the original staff and disheveled, dirty,chaotic production workshop, items randomly placed in the neat and orderly, beautiful environment, to regulate the internal management of pany, pany image and improve the quality, reduce waste, to reduce costs, improve efficiency and quality of the product and factor of safety, to ensure safe production purpose.
The purpose of this paper is to reveal the importance of the survival and development of enterprise site management to the enterprise, so that enterprises of our country to realize this point, and strive to improve their own site management level, to e an excellent enterprise with advanced international management level. Through on-site management of the production line, a series of corresponding to the visual management, configure management and 55 management measures, so that the environment is standardized, the quality of the staff has been improved, the efficiency of the production line has been improved

论文的背景
随着世界经济的快速发展,企业之间的竞争日益激烈,企业想要取得良好的效益不仅需要缩减成本,更重要的是树立属于自己的企业文化,提升自身的竞争力。现场管理就是树立企业文化,提升竞争力的关键因素之一,而现场5S是现场管理的利器,所以企业要想在当今竞争激烈的社会生存、发展,5S管理实施是缺之不可的。

通过在工厂里实习的一年,在对车
