随着家长认知水平的提高,他们对自己子女的期望值也在提高,“从娃娃抓起”的
思想油然而生;随即为各具特色的亲子园、幼儿园开拓了市场。2010 年我国适龄儿童
的入园率达到 80%以上,照此趋势发展未来对幼儿教师的需求量将进一步扩大。办人
民满意的教育,需要合格的幼儿教师。因此,幼儿教师教育的长足发展是我国教育的
重要组成部分,是教育赖以发展的基础,是决定教育质量的决定因素。培养幼儿教师
(以下简称幼师)的学府,主要集中在培养技能型人才的中等职业学校(以下简称中
职)。技能型人才的培养要适应市场的需求,对于幼师这个职业是从事幼儿园教育教学
活动的专门人才,固然要适应幼儿园的课程模式体系。在幼儿园教学中,90%的教学
活动是通过游戏的形式来实现的;在游戏活动中音乐无所不在,它是促使人与人之间
产生共鸣的奇妙因素,它可以成为幼儿游戏的引领者。然而,声乐教学在幼儿园中最
为常见,它是组织课堂教学和参与游戏活动的催化剂。因此,对于中职幼师专业的学
生来说,在校期间学习并具备声乐的教学能力是关键的内容。学生在校期间,要培养
其专业的职业修养和驾驭声乐课堂的专业能力。本文将对目前中职幼师专业学生的声
乐教学能力的培养现状,以及对该现状的反思和改革措施进行探讨。

AbstractAs the enhancement of cognitive level of parents in China, the expectations of
them towards their children e higher and higher simultaneously. As a result, the
thought of “education start with children” has sprung up in recent years. All these reasons
open a market for various kinds of “Parent-Child Fun Park” and kindergartens. According a
survey, the enrollment rate of china’s school-age children has reached 80% in 2010, so in
terms of this trend, the demand for preschool teachers will be further enlarged. If we want to
continue our education which will satisfy the people, more and more qualified preschool
teachers are needed. Therefore, the long-term development of education towards preschool
teachers is one of the most important parts in our country which is also the determined
elements for quality of education in our modern society. The Cultivation of preschool
teachers is mainly concentrated in Medium Occupation
