锡类散和葡萄糖酸锌治疗复发性口腔溃疡106 例 2 · 833 · 安徽医药 AnhuiM edical and Pharm aceutical Journal 2005 May; 9 (5) 锡类散和葡萄糖酸锌治疗复发性口腔溃疡 106例 叶贞 (浙江工商大学卫生所,浙江杭州 310035) 摘要:目的观察锡类散和葡萄糖酸锌治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法将 106例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分成 2组,治疗 组 53例应用锡类散外敷和葡萄糖酸锌口服液(10 m l, bid)治疗;对照组 53例应用口服 vitBco片(2片, t id)治疗。两组连续治 疗 3个疗程(7 d为 1个疗程)后评定疗效。结果治疗组有效率 98. 11% ,对照组为 41. 51% ,两组比较有非常显著性差异( P < 0. 01) 。结论锡类散和葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗复发性口腔溃疡,疗效满意,可在临床推广。 关键词:锡类散;葡萄糖酸锌;复发性口腔溃疡 Xileisan and zinc gluconate used in treating relapsing oral ulcer YE Zhen ( Zhejiang U iversity of Industry m erce, Hangzhou 310035, China) Abstract:A im To observe the effect of xileisan and zinc gluconate for curing the relap sing oral ulcer: an analysis of 106 casesM ethods The 106 cases of relap sing oral ulcerwere random ly divided into two group s. After 3 courses of continuous treatment (7 days for a course) the effects were evaluated. Results The effect of Group A is 98. 11% , Group B is 41. 51%. There is a distinguished difference between the two group s. Conclusion Xileisan and zinc gluconate solution have a satisfied effect on curing the relap sing oral ulcer.
