摘要
本文应用多角度研究、实证研究,案例研究、比较研究等方法首先概括了默顿
研究的两个时期,引出了本文研究的中心——默顿规范。并就科研的制度性目标以
及默顿规范提出的社会历史背景展开讨论。在对现代科研背景进行详细反思后提出
了新科学时代的新科研规范。
本文首先对默顿的研究路线作了一个概括,叙述了默顿研究的前后两个时期的
相同点和不同点,从而引出默顿规范。在对默顿的四个规范进行了定义性的阐述以
后,开始对默顿规范的制度性目标进行论述。论述过程中,主要讨论了默顿时期的
科学研究目的,以及目的产生的思想根源和科学研究背景。接着分析了默顿规范产
生的社会历史条件,其中包括,政治,经济,军事,文化,国防安全等方面的分析。
然后文章的第二部分开始对默顿规范进行反思。首先对默顿规范的每一个规范
进行分析和反思然后开始论证大科学时代科学研究的制度性目标的改变,接着论证
了大科学时代的社会历史条件的改变。然后阐述了国内外不同科学家对默顿规范的
批判。
文章的最后一部分提出了四点新规范:创新性规范、合作规范、公开和保密相
结合规范、私人利益和社会利益相结合规范,并对四格规范进行定义、分类、论证
最后阐述四个规范之间的关系然后得出结论,并提出展望。
文章是在不同的社会建制和科学研究背景下对默顿规范进行反思,提出符合当
前科技研究状态的新的规范,使科技研究能够摆脱旧的不合时宜的规范,在新的规
范下更迅速的发展,带动世界和社会的经济发展,为人类作出贡献。

Abstract
This article with multi- angles research: the real diagnosis research; case research and
comparison research; first has summarized two times which Merton studied, and drawn
out the central –Merton’s norms which this article studied. And discussed the social
history background which proposed on the scientific research system goal as well as the
Merton’s norms. After carrying on detailed reconsidering on the modern scientific
research background, the article proposed new scientific research norms in the new
scientific time.
This article first has made a summary to Merton's research route, narrated the same
spots and the different spot which Merton studied around his two times, thus drawn out the
Merton’s norms. After the elaboration of definition to Merton's norms, the article has
started to elaborate the system goal of Merton’s norms. In the elaboration process, the
article mainly discussed Merton time’s scientific research goal, as well as the thought root
and scientific research background which produced the goal. Then the article has analyzed
