I hereby would like to acknowledge to the support, teaching and nurturance I received in Shenzhen
University. My sincere gratefulness goes to my dissertation supervisor, Mr. Qi Fang, whose guidance,
expertise and encouragement provided an important support throughout the work of my dissertation,
as well as the involvement in all his lectures. In additon, I would like to express my thankfulness to
my Chinese and Korean friends, who provided a greal deal of valuable suggestions during my
research on the thesis topic. The participation of the 20 Korean and 20 Chinese respondents is
pivotal in the process of this research, my appreciation of their cooperation is indispensable. At last,
thanks for the permanent support from my family during my four years of university life both in
Shenzhen University and Daejeon University.

【Abstract】 In the recent decade, along with the frequent economic cooperation between Korea
and China, Korean culture has beome more and more popular in China, while Chinese culture is also
receiving a great popularity in Korea. These two phenomenas are respectively described as "Korea
Tide" and "China Wind". This thesis is intended to carry out a general research on these two new
trends, and make an parison between them, with the purpose to gain prehensive
understanding of "Korea Tide" and "China Wind". According to the present development of these
two trends, taking the result gained from two sets of questionnaires as the referenced data, some
points of findings are made to conclude the prospect of their future development.
