工厂员工总数—是指申请认证的工厂的员工总数;
与申请认证产品生产、管理有关的员工人数—是指《十条》所要求的产品实现过程中涉及到的员工数,如有两个以上的产品申请认证,请分别说明涉及每种产品实现的员工数。
