内容摘要
本文介绍了自动变速器的产生、意义、发展过程以及未来发展趋势;分析了自动变速器的类型、基本组成及基本原理。
主要是对实验室现有的丰田车系自动变速器进行了解体研究,分析了该变速器的动力传递路线、执行器工作过程及液压控制系统;同时对该变速器的阀体进行了解体研究,分析了阀体油路及各个阀的工作过程;接着,根据以上内容分析了该变速器的基本结构、基本组成、各组件功能、执行器类型、齿轮变速机构的工作原理以及液压系统控制过程;最后,根据各个阀的作用及工作过程,绘制出了该自动变速器的油路控制图。还有,本文结合相关的资料分析了丰田A340E自动变速器的常见故障和疑难故障现象、原因及排除方法。

Abstract:The production, significance, development and tendency of AT was introduced, and the type, pose and principle of AT was analyzed in my paper.
Toyota A340E AT was mainly researched in our laboratory, the power transmit way, the process ponent and the control of fluid system was analyzed. At the same time, all kinds of valve of the AT was researched, the oil way of valves and its working process was analyzed. Next, according to these content, the basic construction, ponent and the function ponent of the AT was analyzed and so on. Finally, the oil way control picture of the A340E AT was drawn. Again, the trouble of Toyota A340E AT was analyzed.
