摘要: 目的: 观察麦粒灸法治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法: 选择符合诊断标准的类风湿性关节炎患者60例,以麦粒灸疗法治疗,结果:临床治愈11例,显效40例,有效7例,无效2例,%。治疗前后症状改善情况、晨僵时间、关节肿胀数目、双手握力比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(均p<) ,关节疼痛数目有显著性意义(p<) 。结论: 麦粒灸有祛风除湿、活血通络、消肿止痛之功,用于治疗类风湿关节炎疗效肯定,值得进一步深入研究。

类风湿性关节炎(RA)是一种以周围关节的对称性炎症为主要特征的慢性全身性疾病,笔者运用麦粒直接灸法治疗RA40例,取得较好的疗效,现报告如下:
1 临床资料
60例患者中,男性18例,女性42例,年龄20—65岁,平均42岁,病程3个月—5年,,合并肝肾功能不全,血液系统疾病者,合并糖尿病,精神疾病患者,正在服用病情改善药者,不能坚持配合治疗者,妊娠期间妇女患者.
