摘要乳腺癌是严重影响妇女身心健康甚至危及生命的最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近 50 年来乳腺癌已经成
为全球性的健康问题,虽说近年来研究发现其发病率正在下降,但是其高致死率仍不能忽视。早期诊断已
经成为治疗乳腺癌最为有效的方式。puter-Aided Diagnosis systems, CAD)在乳
腺癌的早期检测中扮演着越来越重要的角色,同时降低了患病女性的致死率。本文主要针对近几年来的
CAD 系统的发展综述一下与之相关的一些关键技术和研究进展。首先,详细的论述了和乳腺癌检测和诊断
相关的概念及原理;然后,重点分析了近年来在乳腺癌诊断方面颇具应用前景的一些关键 CAD 技术,包括
乳腺 X 线图像肿块检测,乳腺癌微钙化点检测,乳腺双边不对称性检测,乳腺 X 线图像结构化变形检测,
乳腺 X 线图像增强和复原技术。

Abstract Breast cancer is one of the mon and leading cause of the health and
life-threatening cancer among women. It has e a global health issue over the past 50 years,
and it has been discovered that the incidence has decreased in recent years, but the high death rate
that cannot be ignored. Early detection is one of the most effective ways to treat the breast cancer.
Computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) systems play an important role in the early detection of breast
cancer, at the same time the application of CAD systems can reduce the death rate of women who
suffer from breast cancer. The main purpose of this essay is to provide an overview of recent
