CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞对HCV感染者疾病进程影响的研究 (作者:___________单位: ___________邮编: ___________) 作者:沈书旭,吴玉海,关琪,刘英 【摘要】目的:探讨HCV感染者外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的表达状况以及与疾病进程的相关性。方法:选取HCV感染者69例及健康对照23例,应用流式细胞术检测外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的表达。结果:HCV感染组外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞占CD4+T细胞比例明显高于对照组();慢性感染组外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞比例高于HCV无症状携带组();肝硬化组外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞比例高于慢性感染组()。结论:HCV感染者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞水平与疾病进程具有相关性。 【关键词】丙型肝炎病毒;CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞;疾病进程 AbstractObjective:To investigate the expression of peripheral blood CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in patients with hepatitis C and its relationship with progression of :Technique of flow cytometry was used to detect peripheral blood CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells of 69 patients with Hepatitis C and 23 :The percentage of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells was significantly higher in patients with hepatitis C than those in healthy controls ().The chronic hepatitis C group had a higher percentage of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells than that of asymptomatic carrier ()and the group of patients with liver cirrhosis had a higher percentage of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells than that of chronic hepatitis C group().Conclusion:Peripheral blood CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells levels are correlated with the progression of HCV infection.
