【摘要】目的建立HPLC法测定复方呋喃西林滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱含量。方法使用Kromasil C18柱( mm×200mm,5μm);乙腈:%磷酸溶液(%三乙胺)(3:97)为流动相,,检测波长254nm 。~(r = ),%(RSD=%)。结论本法快速、简便、准确。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for deter mination of ephedrine hydrochloride pound furacilin nasal Kromasil C18 column ( mm × 200mm, 5μm)uas used with acetonitrile:% phosphoric acid solution (containing % triethylamine) (3:97) as mobile flow rate was and detection wavelength was Ephedrine hydrochloride in the range of ~ had a good linear relationship (r = ) and the average recovery was % (RSD = %). Conclusion This method is rapid, simple and accurate.

复方呋喃西林滴鼻液主要为呋喃西林、盐酸麻黄碱等组成,收载于《中国医院制剂规范》第二册,具有消炎、收缩血管作用,主要用于鼻炎、鼻黏膜肿胀等。标准采用旋光法测定盐酸麻黄碱含量,由于该方法专属性不强,笔者采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸麻黄碱含量,该方法简单,易行,结果可靠,现将实验结果报道如下。
1 仪器与试药
美国VARLAG公司的ProStar高效液相色谱仪(210泵、320-UV/VIS检测器、410自动进样器、STAR色谱工作站);盐酸麻黄碱(中国药品生物制品检定所,含量测定用,批号:0714-9903)。乙腈为色谱纯,其他试剂均为分析纯。
2 实验方法与结果
色谱条件色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱( mm×200mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈:%磷酸溶液(%三乙胺)(3:97),,检测波长254nm,进样量20μl 。
