RPH配合传统外剥内扎法治疗混合痔的体会

【摘要】目的观察和评价自动痔套扎术(RPH)联合手术治疗痔的临床疗效。方法采用RPH联合手术治疗混合痔173例(治疗组),与同期单纯采用外剥内扎法治疗145例(对照组)做比较,随访观察并评价其治疗效果。结果治疗组与对照组的治愈率分别为98%和86%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,有显著性差异;治疗组在术后有短期轻度肛内坠胀感。结论 RPH联合手术治疗混合痔可以提高传统手术的治愈率。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects of MilliganMorgan procedures plus automatic ligation of hemorrhoids in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 173 cases (study group) with hemorrhoids was treated by MilliganMorgan procedures plus automatic ligation of hemorrhoids and the other 145 cases (control group) was simply treated by MilliganMorgan method. Results The cure rate of the study group and control group was 98% and 86% respectively. The study group was better than control group (). But there was no significant differences in operation time, postoperative pain and pain index, plications, healing time of wound (). Conclusion MilliganMorgan procedures plus automatic ligation of hemorrhoids can increase the cure rate in the treatment of hemorrhoids.

传统的MilliganMorgan法痔切除术,因其无肛垫的上提作用,术后仍有一定的复发率[1],2006年,随着RPH技术的引进,其便捷高效的治疗方法,获得广大医生和患者的接受。2006年1月至2008年12月,我们把RPH作为传统手术的辅助手段,应用于混合痔的治疗,取得良好效果,总结报告如下。
