提高机制专业学生实践技能及就业能力的对策
摘要

本文从社会对机制专业学生实践技能的要求和提高学生实践技能的迫切性谈起,对如何提高机制专业大学生实践技能进行了思考,指出提高大学生专业实践技能应以社会、企业对人才需求为导向,应坚持以人为本的教育理念,突出实践教学位置和加强专业教师队伍建设。并由此提出把理论教学与实践操作有效结合的策略,以解决学生实践技能不足的问题。
从我国高校的大学生就业环境和就业情况出发,以大学生就业能力为切入点,深入分析当前大学生就业能力中的优势和不足,并对造成这种现状的原因进行探索,大学生就业能力主要包括专业能力、学习能力、实践能力和创新能力。制约大学生就业能力提升的因素既有大学生自身的因素,也有学校的因素。提升大学生就业能力要加强综合素质教育、加强课程建设、加强职业规划教育、开展创业教育、加强就业指导服务。所以要如何提高大学生的就业能力和实践技能就成了一项重要的工作。

ABSTRACT
This paper from the society to mechanism students practical skills requirements and to improve students practice ability of the urgency of, how to improve the professional college students practice skills mechanism on the thinking, points out that the improvement of college students professional practice skills should with society, enterprise demand of talents as the guidance, should adhere to the people-centered education idea, outstanding practice teaching position and strengthen the professional teachers team construction. And then put forward the theory teaching and practice the bination of the strategy, in order to solve the problem of shortage of students practical skills.
From our country university students environment and employment conditions, to college students employment ability as the breakthrough point, in-depth analysis of the current college students employment ability, and the advantages and disadvantages of this situation caused by reason of exploration, college students employment ability mainly includes professional ability, learning ability, practice ability and innovation ability.
