摘要:区域主导产业评价与选择是产业结构调整的核心,它关系到区域经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高。在产业选择
与分类时,需要确定指标权系数和分类阈值等参数,这要实际应用中是比较困难的。针对这种情况,提出了一种信息不完全
确定的区域产业模糊聚类方法。该方法通过利用指标权系数的不完全确定信息构建最优分类模型,利用遗传算法和改进的
FCM 算法联合求解所得优化模型,得到准则的权系数、最优聚类中心和最优划分,进而得到各产业所属类别。最后将该方
法应用于洞庭湖区某县的产业分类和主导产业的确定中,实例计算说明该方法的可行性和有效性。

A Fuzzy Clustering Approach of Regional Industry and its Application

Abstract: The evaluation and selection of region leading industry are the cores of industrial structure adjustment, which
concerns the development of regional economy and the improvement of people’s living standards. When selecting or classifying
industries, we need to decide such parameters as weight coefficient on attributes and categories thresholds, which is rather difficult in
practice. Aimed at such kind of situations, a fuzzy clustering method in connection with region industry when information is not
totally confirmed is proposed. This method constructs optimum classification model through making use of the partially confirmed
