摘要:目的探讨老年高血压病患者左室肥厚和Bin-swanger病(BD)的联系. 方法老年高血压病患者194例,按有或无BD分为两组,并对其年龄、是否合并左室肥厚、糖尿病、高胆固醇血症、吸烟史以及收缩压和舒张压水平、高血压病持续时间进行分析. 结果在单因素Logistic回归分析中,左室肥厚、收缩压水平、高血压病持续时间及年龄均为BD的影响因素;在多因素条件Logistic回归分析中,左室肥厚仍为BD的危险因素之一(OR=;95%CI,-;P=). 结论左室肥厚为老年高血压病患者BD独立的危险因素.

Abstract:AIM To investigate whether left ventricular hy-pertrophy(LVH)is an risk factor for Binswanger’s disease(BD)in older persons with 194hypertensive patients with or without BD were analysed the clinical featur
es such as the age,LVH,the duration of hypertention and systolic,diastolic blood pres-sure,diabetes mellitus,hypercholesterolemia and In the univariate analysis,the age,LVH,the duration of hypertention and systolic blood pressure were statistically significant risk factors of BD in older persons with multivariate analysis revealed that LVH was still a significant risk factor with the age,the dura-tion of hypertention,and systolic blood pressure as covariates in a logistic model(OR=;95%CI,-;P=).CONCLUSION LVH is a risk factor for BD in older persons with hypertension.
