摘要
随着多媒体技术与宽带网络的发展视频组播技术在视频会议远程教学实时
视频直播等方面得到了广泛的应用组播将一份数据同时发送给一组特定的用户避
免了数据的重复发送当组中成员处于异质网络环境时它们接收数据的速度是有差
异的单一速率的服务必然会导致或者某些链路出现拥塞或者某些链路中的带宽没
有得到充分利用同时现在流行的一些视频编码标准大多采用了帧间压缩算法一个
关键帧的丢失或误码会导致随后的数个视频帧不能实现解码因此研究一种分层编
码并传输用户可以根据所处的网络环境接收不同速率的视频码流的视频分层组播技
术具有非常重要的现实意义
本文对视频编解码技术及组播技术进行了概述分析了视频组播中存在的主
要问题并通过对视频可扩缩编码技术实时传输技术网络技术的分析和综合
应用提出一套接收端驱动的视频分层组播方案并实现了原型系统在这个系统中
视频服务器将原始视频数据分层编码最重要的特性被编码为基本层能够独立实现
解码而其他的层称为增强层能够累进优化视频质量网络传输时在数据包
头标识出视频数据的层次信息并对应不同的服务等级接收端通过选择合适的服务
级别来调整接收速率服务等级越高则累计接收到的视频层数越多利用信令来
实现服务级别申请的汇聚和中间节点处的视频流分发与过滤同时当网络状况发生
变化时客户端通过监控网络来动态调整申请级别以实现最优服务试验结果表
明接收端驱动的分层视频组播服务能够保障重要信息的成功传输为处于异质网络
环境中的用户提供多速率的服务保证较好的服务质量

With the development of the multimedia technology and wide works, video
multicast is widely applied in many fields such as video conferencing, distance learning and
living video broadcasting. Rather than send a copy of each packet to each user individually,
the multicast sending an only packet to a group of users. While in the heterogeneous
networks, the receivers of the video multicast can receive video data at different rate. The
service with uniform rate will leads to congestion in some links while some bandwidth is
unused in other links. And because most of the popular video encoding standards adopts the
inter-coded frame, the loss of a key frame will cause the failing decoding of several
edent frames. So it is significative to search on a layered video multicast system in
which the raw video data is encoded into several layers and delivered and users can receive
video data at different mensurate with their respective bandwidth.
The thesis summarizes the theory of video encoding/decoding and multicast and
analyses the limitation in video multicast over works. And based on the research on the
scalable video coding, the application of
