摘要
人格及人格教育是上世纪八十年代引入学校德育的,对大学生健全人格的研究有助
于高校德育工作的开展。目前,我国大学生的人格状况总体上是积极向上的,顺应了时
代发展的要求,但是人格缺陷还是存在的。面对我国社会主义市场经济、面对社会转型
期、面对信息丰富的网络,大学生人格出现了一些问题。大学生人格问题是一个客观存
在同时又需要深入探讨的领域,对其进行研究不仅会推动高校教育基础理论的研究,而
且会给高校教育实践活动带来生机和活力。我国现代化建设、改革开放、市场经济建设
都需要具有健全人格的大学生人才作为保障。提高当代大学生的人格素质是国家兴旺发
达的必要条件,高校重视大学生健全人格的塑造,适应社会发展的需求。所以,大学生
健全人格塑造已经成为高校教育的一项紧迫的任务,是高校德育工作义不容辞的责任。
本文通过阐述人格涵义及健全人格标准,分析当代大学生的人格特点,人格缺陷
及成因,最终提出如何塑造出大学生健全人格。在大学生健全人格塑造过程中,需要加
强塑造大学生健全人格的主导力量;遵循塑造大学生健全人格的基本原则;明确塑造大
学生健全人格的基本内容;确定大学生健全人格塑造的方法。

Abstract
The eighties of last century personality and character education bring into moral
education in schools, research on college students contribute to healthy personality moral
work. At present, the situation of personality of students is positive in general, Conforming to
the requirements of the times, but the character flaws still exist. The face of china's socialist
market economy、social transition、work of information, there have been some
problems personality. Personality problem is that there is an objective need to discuss areas of,
its study will not only promote the basic theory of education, higher education research and
practice of higher education will bring vigor and vitality. China's modernization, reforming
and opening up, building a market economy requires students with a sound personality as
security personnel. Improving the quality of the contemporary personality of students is a
necessary condition for national prosperity, College students sound personality attention to
meet the needs of social development. So college shaping higher education has ing an
urgent task, it is the bounden duty of moral education.
