摘要:
重复测量数据的方差分析是一种对于同一变量进行重复测度的试验设计技术,是生物统计学中常用的统计方法。重复测量是指对同一个观察对象的某项观测指标在不同时间点上进行多次测量,用于分析该观测指标在不同时间点上的变化规律,其测得的数据即为重复测量数据。在临床和基础研究中,经常会涉及重复测量数据,寻找目的指标在不同时间点上的变化规律是临床科研工作者感兴趣的问题。本课题通过研究肺表面活性物质对胎粪吸入综合征的患儿的血管内皮生长因子含量的影响,对重复测量数据的方差分析方法进行探讨,并且利用SPSS软件实现重复测量资料的方差分析,结果表明,肺表面活性物质可以抑制胎粪吸入综合征患儿血管内皮生长因子的表达水平,继而改善了血管内皮的通透性,从而达到了延缓病情发展的目的。

Title Application of Repeated Measure ANONA in The Clinical Trials
Abstract
The repeated measure ANONA is an experimental design technology for the repeated measure of the same dependent variable, and it is a method often applied in the biostatistics. Repeated measures refer to data with multiple records over time on the same subject with the objective of making inference about the expected value of es, in terms of treatment effects and how such effects change over time. Repeated measurements arise frequently in biomedical research, the scientific question of interest concerns finding differences in the measurements between groups. In this paper, the repeated measure ANONA was used to analyzing the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) among patients of meconium aspiration syndrome, who received drug treatment of pulmonary surfactant. Also this paper introduced how to apply SPSS software to conduct data analysis. The results show that application of pulmonary surfactant treatment of meconium aspiration syndrome by inhibiting VEGF levels to improve the vascular endothelial permeability, slow down the disease progresses.
