正戊烷异构化催化剂改性研究
摘要
本论文以正戊烷作为催化剂评价的反应介质,利用10mL连续流动式固定床高压微反-色谱联合装置,对催化剂进行性能评价。以Ni金属为活性组分,丝光沸石(M)为载体,制备了Ni/HM催化剂;研究了酸洗、铵交换次数、竞争吸附剂、铵含量、铵焙烧温度、镍含量、镍焙烧温度、催化剂还原温度以及反应条件对催化剂反应性能的影响。同时利用氟硅酸铵、磷酸、氯化铝对Ni/HM进行了改性研究,通过对正戊烷异构化催化剂进行评价与筛选,确定了佳反应性能;并利用正交实验法确定了最佳反应条件。
实验结果表明,随着镍金属含量的增加,催化剂异构化活性逐渐升高,但当镍金属含量升到一定值时,其活性基本不变,说明了金属的加脱氢功能,将不再是反应的控制步骤。对于改性催化剂,随着氟含量增加,可以明显提高Ni-F/HM催化剂的异构化活性,以及降低反应温度,从而表明正戊烷异构化是遵循双功能催化反应机理的,金属与酸功能的良好匹配是正戊烷异构化催化剂研究的关键。在制备的Ni-F/HM催化剂中,当Ni含量为4%,F含量为5%时,,,,反应性能最佳。在T=260℃,P=,WHSV=-1,H2/nC5=4:1时,%,%,%,%。

Study on catalyst modification for n-pentane isomerization
ABSTRACT
Select n-pentane as reaction medium to evaluate catalyst in experiment. It has evaluated on the experiment set-posed of high pressure microreactor used 10 mL continous flow fixed-bed and of chromatography unit. For isomerization of n-pentane over mordenite, Ni/HM catalyst was prepared with Ni as ponent. The effects of acid washing, the number of ammine exchanged, addition petitive absorbate, content of ammonia, temperature for calcinations ammonia, content of Ni, temperature of calcinations Ni, temperature of catalyst reduction and reaction conditions on catalyst are respectively investigated. Then, improved isomerization function of Ni/HM catalyst with ammonium fluorosilicate, ammonium fluorinate and aluminium chloride. According to the evaluate and the sift through light paraffine isomerization catalyst, it determines the best performance. Besides, it uses orthogonal experiment method for determining the optimum reaction conditions.
