摘要
随着高职院校教学管理体制和学生培育机制的不断改革和调整,教务部门对
各种教学信息的处理与分析工作越来越繁重和复杂。以平顶山工业职业技术学院
为例,原有的教务管理系统存在管理环节层次多、效益低;功能不强,难于实现
自动化;教务工作没有完全实现教育管理信息化等诸多问题。
为此,本文设计并实现了新的“高职院校教务管理系统”。文中首先研究了
与系统相关的技术;其次针对高职院校教务管理的流程,具体分析了对系统功
能、性能和数据的需求,完成了系统构架、系统功能和数据库的设计,实现了系
统的主要功能;最后研究并实现了基于遗传算法的教务排课模块。
论文采用三层体系结构和模块化设计方法,将系统划分为学生学籍管理、教
学计划管理、排课管理、教材管理、教务考评管理及成绩管理等功能。其中,学
籍管理中的异动处理结合高职院校特点,建立自动预警规则;排课管理可以实现
系统自动处理数据的功能,使工作人员从繁琐的工作中解脱出来,从而将高职院
校教务管理工作提高到一个新的层次。
高职院校教务工作涉及面较广,本文只对教务主要的管理做了设计与实现,
以后将在管理资源共享、功能的扩展等方面做进一步的研究和开发。

Abstract
With the higher vocational colleges teaching management system and mechanism
for students to nurture the continuing reform and adjustment, academic departments
have a variety of teaching information processing and analysis of the increasing
workload plexity. In order to manage paper documents and manual-based
educational administration costs are higher; the existing management system for the
majority of the Senate does not take into account the inherent characteristics of higher
vocational colleges, in the student status management, educational programs and Course
Scheduling and Scheduling in areas such as test certain deficiencies.
To this end, this paper designs and implements a "higher vocational colleges
teaching management system." The paper first studies and system-related technologies;
followed by vocational schools for the educational management processes, a detailed
analysis of system function, performance and data requirements, pletion of the
system architecture, system functionality and database design, implementation of the
system main function; the final study and implement the Academic Course Scheduling
and scheduling of the test method.
