摘要在这个现代信息经济时代和政治经济全球化的时代,企业之间的竞争愈发激烈,企业的变化亦是日新月异,当代企业发展的一大标志就是组织变革。组织变革中一系列变化对企业带来了前所未有的变化。改变带来机遇带来进步的同时也带来了员工关系管理方式上的改变,同时员工关系管理也促进着组织变革的发展。组织变革和员工关系管理二者只有相互协调配合才能使企业更好更快的融入发展的潮流中。本文从分析企业组织变革的员工关系管理的现状及问题出发,系统定位组织变革和员工关系管理二者的联系,基于企业组织变革的情况提出员工关系管理的对策与措施。关键词:组织变革;员工关系管理;管理策略AbstractIn the modern information economy and the political era of economicglobalization, increasingly petition between enterprises, enterprise changeis ever-changing contemporary business development is a major sign anizational change.
